We appreciate your support and strive to ensure a smooth shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
• Pre-Order Items: 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• We recommend ordering early to avoid delays. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If you need an item sooner, check out our ready-to-ship collection.
• Ready-to-Ship Items: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Information
• All orders are shipped via Evri and Royal Mail with signature confirmation required upon delivery.
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Shipping fees include full insurance coverage in case Evri or Royal Mail misplace your package. If your package is lost, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
• All international packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
• Customs Fees: Some countries may apply customs/import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are charged by the shipping carrier, not us.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Business Days: Monday - Friday (holidays and weekends excluded).
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
