Thank you for shopping with Ruth Waziri Atelier! We appreciate your support and want to ensure you have the best shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item provided it meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Items must be free from any stains, odors, or damage.

• You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at ruthwaziriatelier@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item first and place a new order for the replacement.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations after this period, as we work hard to fulfill orders quickly.

• Color Variations: We strive to represent our products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
